Shipping Methods And Costs
For orders under $40, ground shipping is available for a flat-rate fee of $6.95. For orders under $200, two-day shipping is available for a flat-rate fee of $14.95. (Please note that FedEx two-day shipping may not be available for some addresses. Sorry!)

Orders placed on drunkelephant.com ship via FedEx or USPS. At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico.
We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Please note that we are unable to accept international billing addresses or P.O. box billing addresses at this time.

Shipping Times
Shipping time applies to the transit time, but does not reflect the processing time to prepare, pack, and ship your order from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.
Please allow additional transit time for APO/FPO military addresses, as well as deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

*Retail Delivery Fee in Colorado
Colorado has updated its sales tax laws and ordinances to adopt the Retail Delivery Fee Code established by the Colorado Department of Revenue. Effective July 1, 2022, drunkelephant.com orders shipping to Colorado will be subject to a retail delivery fee of $0.27. Please visit the Colorado Department of Revenue for more information. Please note that should you make a return on your order, this fee is nonrefundable.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to info@drunkelephant.com immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel single items from an order. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any canceled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please send an email to info@drunkelephant.com.
If you need to update your shipping address, please send an email to info@drunkelephant.com immediately.
Returns
We want you to love your Drunk Elephant purchase, but if you’re not totally satisfied, please see below:
Send an email to our customer relations team at info@drunkelephant.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return.
Please include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you’d like to return.
For items returned within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a refund. Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges. Items purchased on www.drunkelephant.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Drunk Elephant.
If you’re returning a set or kit, all items from the set or kit must be returned. We cannot refund partial sets or kits, and empty containers will not be accepted for returns.
Once your return package has arrived at our return processing facility, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax. All e-gift card refunds will be moved to a new e-gift card that will be emailed to the customer’s original email.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund amount.
You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Only item(s) purchased on www.drunkelephant.com will be accepted for return. If your item(s) were purchased at an authorized retailer, please get in touch with the retailer to arrange a return or exchange. If your return package includes an item that was not part of the order you’re returning, the item may be discarded.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at info@drunkelephant.com.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Fedex.com provides proof of delivery. You can track your package on their website to see a photo of where your package was left.
If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at info@drunkelephant.com. We will start a trace with FedEx and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
